For your event, our executive chef will work to create a custom menu that fits the tastes and desires of your invited guests. He’ll use locally-sourced seasonal ingredients whenever possible, and choose organic produce when possible as well. And of course, this being Florida, he has from among the best and freshest seafood available, caught and sold locally.
